Case Trimmer and Parts
Wilson Case Trimmer
Wilson Case Trimmer
Wilson case trimmers are unique in that the case is held by a case holder which simulates a rifle chamber. Cases are held in case holders by their own body taper. The case holders sit in a rail system that also holds the cutter housing insuring square and perfect alignment every time. Trimmers can be held in a vise or are compatible with Sinclair mounting stands. Trimmers can also be used for inside neck reaming, military crimp removal, and case mouth deburring by adding additional cutters. Specify (.17-.45), (.22-.45) or .50 caliber case trimmer on order.

Suggested Retail: Standard Trimmer:           $60.00 (Case Holder not included)
50 Caliber Case Trimmer:   $125.00 (Includes 50 BMG Holder)

Hardened Pistol Holder
Hardened Pistol Holder

Pistol Holders are for straight walled cases with no belt.  These cases must be tapped in and out with a plastic mallet or pressed in and out with an arbor press.  The best method is to use an arbor press to press in, then using a piece of wooden dowl press the case out.  It is a much slower process then the rifle cases but it does create a very accurate cut.  These are designed for fired cases.

Suggested Retail:  $20.00

Q-Type Holder
Q-Type Holder

Case Holders allow you to trim cases in your Wilson Case Trimmer. The Q-Type case holders hold the case with an easy to use cross pin. Use this type whenever possible because the regular pistol case holders require you to tap the pistol case in, which is more difficult than the rifle cases because of the lack of a body taper.

Suggested Retail: $26.00

Primer Pocket Reamer
Primer Pocket Reamer
Used in conjunction with the Case Trimmer to remove the primer pocket crimp on military cases. The finished result is a nice rounded entry for primers. Unlike some tools this tool will not distort the case head. Specify large (.210) small (.175) or 50 Cal primer pockets when ordering. Comes with handle.

Suggested Retail:  $44.00 (.175 or .210)
                          $60.00 (50 Cal)

Inside Neck Reamer
Inside Neck Reamer

Thick necks can cause high chamber pressures and erratic shooting. Neck reamers remove excess neck material to insure adequate clearance exists between the case neck and the chamber. Also, these reamers can be used when forming wildcats from a parent case. Reamers are used in the trimmers in place of the trimmer cutter. Standard reamers are sized for use on fired, unsized cases. Special sizes can be ground but will extend lead time.

Suggested Retail: $38.00 Standard Sizes
                         $48.00 Specials (Check avalibility)
                         $64.00 50 Cal (.5120 - .5125)

Suggested Retail:  $20.00 (.17-.45)
                          $28.00 (50 Cal)

Neck Dies and Decapping Sets
Stainless Steel Neck Die
Stainless Steel Neck Die
Designed so the user can control and/or change the amount of neck sizing the cartridge case receives. Uses interchangeable sizing bushings that size the outside of the case neck. The conventional expander is eliminated, improving concentricity and prolonging brass life. The die is used with an Arbor Press. Sizes the neck to 3/16" from the mouth end, a practice many shooters prefer. Bushings not included. Dies include a decapping rod.

Suggested Retail: $90.00 without bushing

Neck Die Bushing
Neck Die Bushing
The Neck Die Bushing fits in the Neck Die and sizes the case neck to grip the bullet.

To figure out what size to order... Measure the diameter of a loaded round where the bullet sits in the neck (Ex. .268).  Now subtract .002 to .003 from that number.

.268 -.002 = .266 Bushing

Another way is to measure your wall thickness and multiply by 2 and add bullet diameter.  Then subtract .002 to .003 from that number.

.012 Wall Thinkness x 2 = .024
.243 Bullet Diameter
Example:  .243 + .024 = .267   Now subtract .003 (.267 - .003 = .264 Bushing)

Suggested Retail: $20.00

Punch and Decapping Base
Punch and Decapping Base

                         $8.00 Base

Bullet Seaters
Chamber Type Bullet Seater
Chamber Type Bullet Seater
A favorite among benchrest shooters. A chamber type bullet seater positively controls both bullet and cartridge case alignment. The case and bullet are completely captured by the die prior to the bullet being pushed straight into the case by a close-fitting seating stem. This style of bullet seater works more accurately than a conventional (7/8"-14) bullet seating die. This is one of the most accurate bullet seaters ever made.

Suggested Retail: $66.00

Stainless Steel Bullet Seater
Stainless Steel Bullet Seater with Micrometer Adjustment

The most accurate and easiest to use straight line dies on the market. The stainless seaters have a built in micrometer seating depth adjustment feature with an easy to read scale in .001 graduations.

Case Gages
Case Gage
Case Gage

One piece gage that will check overall length to indicate the need for trimming, datum to head length to assure correct headspace and to prevent over sizing. Available for most popular rimless cases.

Note: Does not measure body diameters.  This gage is intended to be used with fired cases to determine a basis for full length sizing and trimming.

Suggested Retail: $36.00 Standard
                         $60.00 50 BMG

Adjustable Case Gage
Adjustable Case Gage

For belted mags. While the belt provides support for proper headspace, the life of the case will drastically shorten unless resizing is held to a minimum at the shoulder. These gages, which can be adjusted to be used with individual rifles of the same caliber, will enable the handloader to control the amount of resizing simply by measuring a fired case. Overall length can also be checked with these gages.

Suggested Retail: $46.00

Case Length Gage
Case Length Gage

One-piece, non adjustable cylinder-type gage with milled surfaces on one end for checking minimum and maximum overall length of rifle and pistol cases having no shoulder.

Suggested Retail: $22.00

Pistol Max Gage
Pistol Max Gage
The Pistol Max Gage measures the maximum dimensions of a loaded round. This includes case length, max chamber dimensions, and max length of loaded round.

Suggested Retail: $28.00
